Bayda delivers orders to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries through the delivery methods mentioned below. However, we always strive to improve our customer experience and may offer additional methods of delivery or pickup through our marketing channels. Please check back frequently to see if other options become available. Orders are delivered between 10 am to 10:59 pm. The following options are available for delivery to your address within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia*. Free delivery for orders worth 500 SAR or more.
Orders that were registered outside our normal working hours, (9 am - 8 pm), after the last date for registering orders during the day, or on Fridays, on any official holiday in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, are considered to have been registered on the first working day in the Kingdom. Saudi Arabia follows the date on which the request was made.
Delivery schedules are estimates. Please note that there may be a delay in delivering orders at the following times: promotion days, sales season and bank holidays. We reserve the right to charge a fee to return an order to us if we refuse to accept delivery at the address you provided to us on the confirmed date of delivery of the order.
Please note that there is a delivery fee of 25 Saudi Riyals for orders paid by cash on delivery. Full fees are according to customs clearance procedures.
Change the address and follow up on the order
Our customer service team is pleased to assist you in changing the delivery date and address based on your request, but if you receive an email stating that the order has been sent, then we cannot change the address. Please note that the receiving address cannot be changed outside of the original receiving country.
