Exchange policy:

1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him from the store within a day from the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after a day has passed.

2- In order to replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In international exchange, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product. To the shipping company, in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

 

The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.

Return Policy:

3- The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
